Using EditCutPublish

EditCutPublish is a free online video editor that runs in your browser. You may use it for personal and commercial projects. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Your content

You keep all rights to the media you add and the videos you make. Because everything is processed on your own device, we never receive your content.

You are responsible for having the rights to everything you use, including video clips, images and music. Many songs can't be used in videos without a license, and platforms such as TikTok and Instagram may mute or remove videos that use music without permission.

Acceptable use

Don't use EditCutPublish to create content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or violates the rules of the platforms you post to. Don't attempt to disrupt or misuse the site.

No warranty

EditCutPublish is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Browsers differ, and we can't guarantee that every feature works on every device, or that the site will always be available or error-free. Keep copies of your original files and save your projects.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, content, profits or other damages arising from your use of EditCutPublish.

Changes

We may update the site and these terms. When the terms change, we'll update this page and the date above.
